Do miniatures come hand-painted?

No. Every miniature is a full-colour print, so the colour comes from the print itself. The hand-painted upgrade is not available for miniatures.

What does included artist refinement mean?

It means an artist refines the digital 3D model before printing. It does not include the optional physical hand-painted finishing service.

Will the printed piece look exactly like the preview?

The preview is a digital design. Screen settings, lighting, physical surfaces and finishing can produce differences in color and appearance. The finished physical piece may therefore vary slightly from the preview.

What should I check before confirming my design?

Look at the face, pose, clothing and accessories. Review the available views, then check your selected size and quantity before adding your piece to the bag.

Is this a physical model or a downloadable file?

This purchase is for a physical custom figurine. The digital preview helps you review the design before ordering.

Will it fit my battle grid?

The 1.26 in (32 mm) Scout / Creature Mini is true tabletop scale, made for a standard 1-inch battle grid. Sizes up to 2.36 in still play well on the table; 2.76 in and larger are display pieces.
